Cynthia
was born in Midland, Texas
and grew up in
Marble Falls, Texas
located in the beautiful hill country west of Austin.
After graduating high school she attended
Jackson
Business
College
in
Lampasas, Texas
where she took Basic Accounting & Business Law courses. In 1980 she moved
to the Austin
area where she started her career in bookkeeping. She worked in all areas
of accounting for various types of businesses from sole proprietorships to
corporations.
When Austin grew too large, she moved back to the hill country to be
closer to her parents, children & grandchildren. In April of 2005 she
came to Corpus Christi
to visit her niece, and while she was here she met a wonderful man, Jim. After
dating for a year they were married in April 2006, and now live in the
small community of Woodsboro,
Texas. Her husband works as a helicopter pilot for a private individual out of Rockport, Texas.
Cynthia
spends her time at FVBK doing a variety of jobs in her position as office
manager. She also performs client bookkeeping and sales tax duties.
Cynthia enjoys traveling, and the outdoors, where she loves to fish, camp
and hunt arrowheads.
