offer you a guarantee on all of our services. It goes like this:
"You will remain
the sole judge of our performance. If there is something we've done or
failed to do that you're not 100% delighted with, simply let us know and
we'll correct it immediately. And, if it is not corrected to your
satisfaction, we will refund the current year's fee."
At all times, we need to
know your sense of what and how we're doing, so that we can continue to
strive and serve. To that end all we ask is that you do please speak up if
something is not to your liking. Usually we'll be able to correct it
immediately, or explain why we might be undertaking a process or task a
certain way with you so that you'll see there is rhyme and reason. This
guarantee is just one of the many commitments we make to you.
