Turn a Table into Text

Example: You’ve received a file with data presented in a table format. You’d like to use the data in another document, but as plain text instead of a table.

  1. Click anywhere in the table.

  2. Choose from the menu bar Table - Convert - Table to Text.

  3. Under Separate text with, select Paragraph marks, Tabs, Commas or Other (type punctuation mark of your choice).

  4. Click OK.
